The apartment impresses with its thoughtful room layout and functional amenities. Three bedrooms that can be darkened ensure restful sleep: One double room with an additional bed option, a triple room, and another bedroom that can be ideally separated from the living area. For relaxation, a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV, as well as two bathrooms, one with ample space for the whole family, invite you to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter and pad coffee machine, adjacent pantry, and large dining table, makes self-catering a pleasure. Additionally, a washing machine for private use and a tumble dryer for communal use are available. The outdoor area, with its idyllic garden inviting for communal use, offers numerous recreational opportunities. From a spacious lawn with a playground for children, barbecue facilities, to a table tennis table – there is something for everyone of all ages.
