Idyllic Herdern is one of Freiburg's top areas. The luxuriously designed apartments are part of a 1912 mansion built by the Freiburg architect Karl Hofmann for his family. Today protected as an historic monument, the building was completely restaured and renovated until 2020. Its garden and terrace, the heated swimming pool and its location between gardens and parks make for an unusual retreat only a short walk from the historic marvels of one Germany's most beautiful cities.
Sarah & Marcus are hosts in Freiburg since 2020. The family luxuriously restaured the 1912 mansion with loving attention to detail until the end of 2020.
Idyllic Herdern is one of Freiburg's top areas. In walking distance from the iconic Freiburg Cathedral and the charming oldtown, this quiet residential neighbourhood with its stylish mansions and magnificent 19th century villas is a favourite destination for professional travellers and tourists coming to the Black Forest metropolis.
