Our apartment is unique because it is incredible spacious, very clean and decorated with love to detail. We want our guests to feel most comfortable. A relaxed sleep is so important, to gain enough energy for the next day. At our apartment you sleep in a calm atmosphere. We provide "real" and comfortable beds with mattresses of good quality (the one in the living room is 1,60m, the other is twice 0,90m so 1,80m if you put the single beds together). We wish you to feel fine in our all in one-room (Living-, bed-. dining-) and kitchen on about 50m� with seperate spacious showerbathroom with charming view in our garden. Towles, bedspreads as well as basic cosmetics (toothpaste and -brush, shower gel and soap) might be a reason more to feel at home away from home. A hairdryer, curler or rasor can be borrowed for a small collateral, which you get back after returning it. We have equipped our kitchen with, a cooker, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee-mashine and basic dishes. You may borrow our bicycles for a small collateral which you get back after using. So you are able to explore our beautiful landscape. Even a 4-headed family can feel at home as we have a second room available on demand with a bed sized 1,80 m.

We share the same entrance but it is only a little anteroom we really share. You have your own apartment entrance, so eventhough we are living in the same house, the chance that we meet each other unvoluntarily is quite small. ;))) My husband "Thomas" and I "Christiane" have a 17-year old son "Julian", a tomcat "Charly" and a Havanese dog "Cookie". Some would already call it a petting zoo. But no worries, they are not allowed in the apartment, even though they are very sweet. ;))) We are both working but due to mobile working possibility, we are at home quite often, too. Both of us have their roots in hotel business, so we know how to make international guests feel home away from home. We have "an open door" for our guests, so please feel free to knock and step in! We may even just have cooked lunch or dinner and are happy to share! :)))

There is much to see and do in and around Niederkassel! Apart of the fact that we live quite close to the airport (12,2 km) and from the trade fair (23,3 km), we live right between Cologne (25,4 km) and Bonn (12,1 km) and even the Siebengebirge (seven mountains), Siegburg and Troisdorf are close to us! So, should you have ever wanted to see the Cologne-Dome, Beethoven House in Bonn, Drachenfels of Koenigswinter (26,8 km) or the medieval christmas market in Siegburg (19,2 km) or the Phantasialand in Bruhl (39,8 km), you are absolutely right to stay with us. Niederkassel is a nice little city with village character. We have everything you may need for a day to day life, e. g. Supermarket, pharmacy, ice cafe, bakers shop... And in summer you shouldn't miss the beach bar in Niederkassel-Mondorf or hiking trails next to the rivers "Rhine and Laach". There is a j-jump house, Jackolino indoor playground, lots of playgrounds in general you even can go ice skating nearby. So it is definately worth a visit! Bus stops (lines 550, 501 und SB55) are within 10 min. walking distance and take you to Cologne, Bonn or Siegburg. Free parking near our house available.
