The accommodation is located in the historic center of Königstein. Cafés, restaurants, and a large EDEKA supermarket (with a bakery, open Mon–Sat) are all just a few minutes’ walk away. A bus stop and the S-Bahn station are also easily reachable on foot. The S-Bahn (a modern double-decker train, similar to regional express trains) runs every 30 minutes in both directions. Dresden can be reached in about 40 minutes, and Bad Schandau in just a few minutes. The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours throughout the Saxon Switzerland National Park. With the guest card you receive from us, you can use all local public transport in the region free of charge and benefit from discounts at more than 60 leisure and cultural attractions. The guest card is part of the mandatory local visitor’s tax, which is already included in the total Booking price. No additional charges will be collected on site.
