This cozy retreat offers over 100 m² of space spread over two floors for relaxation and family time. Inside, you are greeted by a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to stay and enjoy. The lower level serves as the central living area with a fireplace corner that provides warmth and coziness on cold days. Adjacent to the spacious dining room, ideal for shared meals, there's a comfortable bedroom with TV and an en suite bathroom. The top floor offers an additional sleeping area specifically for children, a small TV corner, and a large play area for kids – perfect for keeping the little ones entertained. The outdoor area of our house is as enticing as the interior. A large, fully equipped terrace with barbecue facilities invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Right by the water, you can enjoy your meals on another terrace overlooking the lake, while the children play safely on the fenced property. Additionally, a pedal boat and a rowboat are available for you to explore the lake. Surrounded by the picturesque Mecklenburg Lake District and numerous hiking and biking trails, it provides the ideal backdrop for your stay. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
