The landscaped, fenced garden of 1000 sqm and the unique interior decor create a comfortable ambiance that leaves little to be desired. Inside, the house impresses with three beautiful bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms, ensuring comfort for the whole family or group. The large comfort kitchen with a welcoming bar counter offers a fantastic view of the Bodden and is equipped with modern conveniences such as an induction stove, microwave, and dishwasher. An additional utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as the option to darken all rooms, complete the features.
