Our house, built in 2008, was lovingly and energetically furnished by us as a holiday home in the first half of 2025. This was followed by an objective assessment of comfort through the DTV classification, and we are very proud that Villa Elisa has been awarded 4 stars. The house is located in a quiet yet well-connected residential area, not far from Stromburg. It is a detached single-family house with a terrace, a small garden, and a parking space directly on the property. Your hosts live in the neighboring house. Stromberg is known as the town of three castles and as the home of the "German Michel." Within a 5-10 minute walk, or a 2-minute drive, you can reach several supermarkets, a drugstore, a bakery, a gas station, charging stations for electric vehicles, and two ATMs. Hiking and cycling trails are only 500 meters away, while Soonwald, Hunsrück, the Nahe region, and Rheinhessen offer wonderful hiking and biking routes (Vital tours, dream loops, Hiwweltouren). You can also reach Bingen and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Middle Rhine Valley in 20 minutes by car or by bus. Two bus stops can be reached within a 3-5 minute walk. The Flowtrail in the district of Schindeldorf attracts many touring bikers and freeriders from afar. An 18-hole golf course (PAR69) is also located here, set in a picturesque landscape with great views. In summer, the panoramic outdoor pool offers a refreshing change. Particularly recommended for children are the castle circular route "Knight's Tour" in Stromberg, the barefoot path in Bad Sobernheim, and the animal park in Rheinböllen. You can also quickly reach Bad Kreuznach, Mainz, Wiesbaden, and Koblenz by car or public transport if you wish to experience city life or have cultural interests.
