Property information

The Caprano holiday flat in Sonthofen is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with mountain views. The 120 m² accommodation consists of a spacious eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a guest WC and thus offers space for 8 people. Facilities also include WLAN, a TV, children's books and toys. A baby cot and 2 high chairs are also available. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available on request. Our spacious holiday flat is located in the Illersiedlung in a quiet location on the outskirts of Sonthofen. The view from the private east and west-facing balconies is of the Allgäu mountains. The guest card offers free bus rides, discounts for various activities and an online ski pass function. There are three car parking spaces on the property. There is a storage facility for bicycles, skis and pushchairs as well as e-car and e-bike charging stations. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. The indoor area is stepless. This accommodation has recycling guidelines and light- and water-saving facilities. The electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic systems and sustainable materials have been used for the insulation.
