The Gartenquartier: situated just 12km away from Legoland, at the borders of the small village Echlishausen- here is the place where you can relax. The independend, light filled, solid wood modular house with a green roof, is build with wood from the near by Alps- it smells great inside. For your comfort you find Infrared heaters on the ceilings and a air ventilation system. The floors are solid oak. The light filled House offers enough space for a family. The kitchen is well equiped (toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, coffee maker, kettle). In the bathroom is a big shower (towels included). The sofasleeper in the living room is suitable for two adults (extra long beddings). In the bedroom you find two bunk beds and a single bed wich can be transformed into a double bed if requested. Also, there is a baby bed available. All sheets and beddings are incl. In the big garden you´ll find a flat ground trampolin, swings, vehicles and a soccer goal+ lots of space to run around and have fun. At the back of the house you can enjoy the morning sun and a great view on the paved terrace wich is equiped with a table, chairs and parasol.

Legoland is only 8 driving minutes (12km) away from the small and quiet village Echlishausen. The Motorway A8 3 Minutes, Motorway A7 10 Minutes. Around the house you can take a walk into the woods, ride the bike along the Danube River, go jogging or visit the village Playground. The closest Supermarket, and a Bakery are not even 5 driving Minutes away from the house. Visit the beautiful Ulm, with the highest Churchtower of the world and the historic Fisherquarter. In 5 Minutes walking distance you can visit a Salt cave where you can relax and tank salty air. There is a ostrich farm in Leipheim, you can not only see the animals. also you can buy the ostrich products (meat, noodles...) there. On the swabian Alb are amazing stalactite caves to visit. The great Alps are not even 1 driving hour away, there you can go hiking, visit the famous castle Neuschwanstein, or simply enjoy nature. There are different outdoor/indoor pools and swimming lakes near by the Gartenquartier. Who feels like shopping, can visit the shopping outlet in Jettingen-Scheppach (15 Minutes away) with Nike, Marc o Polo, Cecil, Schiesser, Lindt- Stores...).
