My name is Janis and I am 24 years old. I was born and raised in Nuremberg, so I know the city like the back of my hand. As an e-commerce expert, I work in a dynamic industry that is constantly changing.

The apartment is located in the cozy and quiet district of Gebersdorf and is only 8 minutes by train from Nuremberg main station.
About 5 minutes walk from the accommodation is the beautiful South-West Park.

The apartment is also just a few minutes away from the Main-Donau Canal and offers beautiful paths to walk.
The highlight, however, is the Hainberg, which is about a 10-minute walk from the house. The Hainberg is an exceptional nature reserve which contains the largest sandy grassland in northern Bavaria.
The bus stop "Rezatweg" can be reached on foot in six minutes from the apartment, line 69 runs here.
It takes about 8 minutes to get to the main train station by streetcar.
In front of the apartment there are enough free public parking spaces which can be used according to availability. The A9 freeway can be reached by car in a few minutes.
