With a total of 140 m² spread over two levels, this accommodation offers ample space for up to 6 people, perfect for couples, families, or friends. Whether you reside in the 80 m² main area on the 1st floor or in the cozy 60 m² attic, you will be cared for with attention to detail. Here, not only will you find a tranquil refuge with comfortable sleeping arrangements and two shower bathrooms, but also a warm welcome atmosphere that has delighted guests since May 2018. The apartment is distinguished by its thoughtful interior design, leaving no desires unmet. Separately and lovingly furnished bedrooms ensure restful nights. In the two modernly equipped bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, relaxation and comfort await you. For self-caterers, the separate kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle, provides everything needed for daily needs. Additionally, a cozy living room invites you to linger, complete with entertainment media and a reading corner that offers insights into the surrounding area. In the outdoor area, guests enjoy both sun and shade under the balcony's awning, with an unobstructed view into the greenery and history.
