Bright, modern and comfortable, this holiday apartment, completely renovated in 2024, welcomes you in a wonderfully quiet location in Negast, surrounded by nature and forest. Here you can relax at the gates of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and only a few kilometers from the Baltic Sea. The spacious apartment is well equipped, very tastefully furnished and even has its own balcony with garden furniture. You can reach the balcony from the cozy living room with smart TV, great sofa corner and desk. The large bedroom scores with a new comfortable box spring bed and plenty of storage space. You can feel very comfortable in the bathroom, newly tiled with a bathtub and washing machine. It is only 7 kilometers to the beautiful Hanseatic city of Stralsund, from where you can also visit the beautiful island of Rügen.
