Just a few steps away, a forest awaits, inviting you for restful hours. The landlords share the house with you, but guarantee complete privacy and a warm welcome. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, is accessible via two flights of stairs, and offers a cozy ambiance with its parquet and laminate floors, as well as a balcony with seating and panoramic views. It is 80sqm in size and features two double rooms, one of which has direct balcony access. Both rooms have a private bathroom with shower available. Additionally, a separate twin room with a private bathroom opposite the apartment can be booked. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchenette that includes a dishwasher, stove with oven, and other appliances. Two separate rooms for the kitchen and living room and a cloakroom with shoe storage in the hallway complete the interior. In the outdoor area, a spacious garden for communal use awaits you, featuring a lawn for sunbathing, sun loungers, umbrella, and a playground for the little guests. Leisure equipment such as a ping-pong table, Bobbycar, and games ensure entertainment. Barbecue facilities, a garden house, and ample parking space are also available. Your pet is warmly welcomed, and for bikers, there are drying rooms and covered parking spots.
