It is equipped with : - A large and beautiful balcony facing south-west, where it is possible to eat. - A bathroom with a window, with storage for your personal belongings and toiletries provided (shower gel, shampoo, towels). - A cosy kitchen where we can meet to eat and chat. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooking equipment and utensils. - Three bedrooms: yours + two other bedrooms occupied by my partner and myself. Please note that external visitors are not permitted. About your room: - It is 15sqm big. - It is bright, there is a large window with a clear view on the quiet street (no vis-à-vis), where you can see beautiful sunrise if you wake up early enough ;-) - It is furnished as follows: a double bed (with mattress, duvet and pillows), two bedside tables with table lamps, a large wardrobe, a mirror and a working desk with chair. Ideal for long stays or home office. As this is our home, we may receive visit from family and friends. If this is the case, you will be informed prior to your arrival of the presence of additional person(s) in the accommodation. This will not change anything for you, you will benefit from the same services: private room, access to common areas, etc.

The flat is ideally located on the border of Wedding, Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. Excellent public transport connections: - 200 metres from the underground (U8) - 10 minutes walk to the Ringbahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus - 40 minutes by train directly to the airport Easy to park in the street. Bike parking available (outside courtyard + cellar) Shopping possibilities: - Penny (200m) and Lidl (450m) nearby + Kaufland 10 minutes walk - Shopping centre within 10 minutes walking distance. - Several restaurants, spätis, bakeries We are also 5 minutes walk from the Mauerpark (famous flea market on Sundays) and the Humboldthain Park (ideal for running). 10 minutes walk to the lively Prenzlauer Berg area. Everything is quickly and easily accessible by bike (15 minutes from Friedrichstraße or Alexanderplatz).
