Check-in is only possible if the guest has completed the check-in form and has sent a copy of his ID. Late check-out will result in additional charges. 2. Illegal activities and red light trade are prohibited. An offence against the smoking ban costs extra plus costs for special cleaning / damage repair. 3. Noise measurement systems monitor excessive noise. 4. Guests are liable for the cost of replacing lost keys and for damage or loss in the flat. 5. An offence against the animal ban costs extra. 6. Use of Wifi at your own risk. The booking guest assumes full liability if his travel group commits criminal offences. 7. The landlord is not liable for guests' valuables. 8. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting costs. In the event of a serious offence, the host may terminate the rental contract immediately without refund. Guests must leave the apartment immediately.

The modern and central apartment ‘Sailor's Cabin’ in Scandi style for up to 4 people was completely renovated in 2025 and is particularly climate-friendly. It is located in the city centre, just a few minutes' walk from Havenwelten and the dyke promenade. The apartment on the 2nd floor (without lift) has a garage, a bedroom with a high-quality 1.60 m wide double box-spring bed and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room with a sleeping area of 192 x 142 cm. Further amenities include underfloor heating, a controlled ventilation system, a desk, a 55-inch smart TV and WiFi. Pets on request. The garage is located 5 minutes' walk away at Prager Str. 13 and has the following dimensions: 211 cm entrance width, 252 cm interior width, 180 cm height, 488 cm depth. Baby cot and high chair available on request. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, hob, oven, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Salt and pepper fresh from the mill as well as four different spices and oils are also available free of charge, so that nothing stands in the way of a successful dinner. There is a completely renovated bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. A washer-dryer with free washing powder is available inside the apartment. We provide two free bottles of water as well as a selection of Starbucks coffee capsules and six types of tea to get you started. Interesting for larger groups: We have four apartments in this building, which can accommodate up to 23 people in total. There are noise and smoke detection sensors in the apartments.

The apartment is centrally located in the pedestrian zone of Bremerhaven, just a few steps away from the Bürgermeister-Smidt Memorial Church and the Columbus Shopping Centre. The new harbour with its numerous attractions such as the German Emigration Centre, the Zoo by the Sea or the training ship as well as the old harbour with, for example, the climate house, the Wilhelm Bauer submarine, the German Maritime Museum and the Moin Outlet are just a few minutes' walk away. A walk along the dyke, whether towards the Weser lido, the fishing harbour or the cruise or container port, is an inviting way to relax. Bremerhaven also offers a wide range of cultural activities, for example at the municipal theatre, the art museum, the historical museum or one of the many concerts right in front of the Memorial Church. At events such as Sail Bremerhaven or the Christmas market, you are right in the centre of the action, but still sleep peacefully thanks to triple-glazed windows. In the apartment, you will find information about sights and restaurant recommendations in the neighbourhood as well as local and long-distance transport, all clearly laid out for initial orientation. There are public parking facilities nearby, such as the car parks on Grazer Straße and Prager Straße, the City-Nord car park, the Columbus-Center car park and the Havenwelten car park. All shops for daily needs, from bakeries and restaurants to pharmacies, are located in the immediate vicinity.
