The quiet 3-bedrooms are located in the 5th floor of a listed monument in Kreuzberg (no elevator). The accomodation is as cool as the neighborhood, located between the hip Bergmann-Kiez and Gleisdreieck-Park. She has two separate bedrooms and an open living-kitchen. About 5 minutes by foot to the train and subway will bring you everywhere in Berlin. The 57m² large accomondation is suited perfectly for business trips, couples and families. The living room with its open kitchen is the heart of the accomondation and the west facing windows provide beautiful light. Here is the place to cook, enjoy the espresso in the morning or spend relaxed evenings on the couch- with a record player, drinks and a big TV. Next is the first bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, a closet and an iron. It is also equipped with a desk, and fast Wi-Fi which makes it great for home office. Through the windows you can see the courtyard and the stylish brick wall makes it really cozy. Back through the living room you get to the second bedroom in which left and right are two single beds. The wardrobe in the middle provides enough space for your clothes. In the modern bathroom with underfloor heating, you can find a bathtub, with a shower and enough space for getting ready for Berlins nightlife. Also, a hairdryer, soap, shower gel an shampoo are provided. The accomondation gets cleaned by professional cleaning personnel, and complies with all hygiene measures- for the safety of our guests. A washing machine and dryer are available too. The apartment is located in the 5th floor without an elevator. I live next to you, and therefor am always available, if there is a problem. Because of the self-check-in and self-check-out, we will normally not meet.

Your accomodation is located very centrally in the vibrant “Kreuzberg”, only 2 Train stops from Potsdamer Platz, 3 stops from Brandenburger Tor and 4 stops to Friedrichstraße. The diverse Kreuzberg combines everything: Street food and fancy restaurants, party and family friendly parks, Techno and quiet “Old Berlin Bars” From the Train and Subway station Yorkstraße which is only about 5 minutes away, one can take the U6, S1, S2, S25 and S26. From the Subway station Mehringdamm one can take the U6 and U7. Also, busses through the whole city are leaving from everywhere in the area. Good food from all over the world is easy to find behind each corner here; the neighborhood offers fast food but also very nice and relaxed restaurants. Especially in the nearby Bergmannstraße, a big variety of gastronomy is to be discovered. Also, the prices here in Kreuzberg haven’t quite reached the level they have in other parts of the city. Especially in summer, the two parks “Viktoriapark” and “Gleisdreieck” -both 5min by foot away- are a jewel of the city. Kids absolutely love it here: The parks offer beautiful lawns for sunbathing, sports facilities, playing grounds and excellent impressions of the city. Kreuzberg is one of THE party districts in Berlin. It offers many bars, parties directly at the river, techno clubs, dance-halls and raves in the parks in summer. Nightlife won’t get boring here and the many Kebab places feed the party people until late at night.
