Die Wohnung liegt unterhalb des Straßenniveaus, ist jedoch hell und freundlich, 200m vom Vennbahnweg entfernt, idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung und Aachen zu erkunden.
Schmithof ist ein sehr ruhiger und verkehrsgünstiger Stadtteil von Aachen. Die nächste Autobahn ist 10 Min entfernt, Gehweg zum Vennbahnweg sind eine Minute, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist (mit dem Auto) 5 Min entfernt.
