It’s wonderful to wake up to the sound of birds in the morning and enjoy a refreshing night's sleep in complete peace and quiet, without noise from the street, snow cannons, or loud après-ski parties. This unique location is only 35 meters from the ski slope and skilift in the largest, most attractive and closest ski area for tourists, located here in the Sauerland region of Winterberg. You can park your car for free with us and don’t have to get stuck in long traffic jams just to pay for a parking spot at the ski carousel everyday. Everyone can easily walk to and from the ski lift from the apartment with their ski gear. You also get free access to a: * heated swimming pool * sauna * relaxation room with loungers * recreation room with table tennis, darts, table football, and a children's playroom Such a complete range of facilities in a single apartment is rare in the heart of Winterberg city. From the garden, you can walk directly onto the hiking trails into nature towards the Rothaarsteig, or you can easily bike to the Winterberg Bikepark. Skis, snowboards, or bikes can be easily stored in the storage room near the entrance. On the same street, you can walk to more than 20 cozy cafes and restaurants, which are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Hikers can discover the famous Rothaarsteig, while cyclists can enjoy panoramic routes around the Kahler Asten. For vintage car enthusiasts and motorcyclists, the winding roads of the Sauerland region are a true paradise—routes lead past reservoirs like the Hennesee or Sorpesee and through picturesque half-timbered villages Families will find plenty of variety: Erlebnisberg Kappe with a summer toboggan run, a climbing forest, a panoramic bridge, and a nature trail; indoor go-karting at Kartfun Neuastenberg; outdoor go-karting in Niedersfeld; the Fort Fun Abenteuerland amusement park; Willingen Wildlife Park; the West German Winter Sports Museum; or the Hallenberg Local History Museum.
