Inside, the heart of the house is the bright living kitchen, which opens directly onto a partially covered terrace and the surrounding plot. Here you can enjoy meals outdoors, watch the children play, or simply unwind in the fresh air. The location is peaceful yet convenient, making it a wonderful choice for families and couples alike. The open kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, and coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower and underfloor heating for extra comfort. With three bedrooms, the house is perfectly suited for up to six guests: two rooms with double beds and one with twin beds. In the living area, a television and comfortable furnishings invite you to relax after a day of exploring. The home is heated by an energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate throughout the seasons.
