This large cottage with swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tub and a sauna is located overlooking the Kattegat by Bønnerup Strand. The house has three bathrooms and a nice pool room, where it is possible to swim in the large pool or relax in the indoor whirlpool. It is also possible to take a walk in the house's sauna. There is also the opportunity to sit in the outdoor hot tub and look out over the Kattegat. The cottage is furnished with a 65 m2 large common room, where there is a dining area and a good kitchen. There are six bedrooms and a large loft, all equipped with high sleeping comfort. In the basement there are activity rooms with air hockey and table football as well as a game console. There is also the opportunity to sit and enjoy the sea view from the large terrace belonging to the house. The interior of the house makes it suitable for families or courses. The house is only approx. 300 m from absolutely good bathing beach. At the house, there is also a power plug without a fixed cable that can be used to charge electric cars. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
