Just a short walk from the sea, it’s the perfect spot for guests who want to relax in tranquil surroundings while still being close to the coast. The heart of the house is the bright kitchen and living area, where large windows let in plenty of light. Here, you can gather for meals, play games, or unwind in the glow of the wood-burning stove. A modern heat pump keeps the space pleasantly warm while also helping to reduce electricity costs. From the living area, step directly out onto the partially covered terrace—ideal for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or simply sitting back to enjoy the fresh sea air. With three cosy bedrooms, all furnished with double beds, the home is well suited for couples, families, or a small group of friends. The bathroom has been updated with a modern shower and WC, adding extra comfort to your stay. Outdoors, you’ll find not one but two terraces, giving you plenty of choice between sun and shade throughout the day. One terrace even offers a view of the sea—a reminder that the beach is only a short stroll away. The 1,100 m² natural plot provides both privacy and space for children to play, while a carport and grill make holiday life even easier. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
