This incredibly beautiful and well-located holiday apartment offers a perfect blend of spaciousness, comfort, and charm. The apartment features four large "common rooms" that include an open-plan kitchen and living room, a lovely conservatory, and a huge terrace. The layout provides ample space for relaxation and socializing, with easy access to the four cozy bedrooms and a walk-through room, each with two beds. The guest toilet and the bathroom with a toilet add convenience for all guests, and the bedrooms and walk-through room can be closed off for added privacy. The staggered floor plan creates a feeling of personal space while maintaining an open and inviting atmosphere throughout the apartment. The apartment has been completely renovated, with brand new kitchen, toilet, and bathroom facilities, along with newly updated floors. The rest of the apartment has been thoughtfully restored to maintain its original charm while offering modern amenities. The private entrance is accessible by driving behind the pedestrian street into the building's backyard, from where you?ll ascend the outdoor back stairs to the apartment?s terrace, creating a peaceful and private entry. This non-smoking accommodation is perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway. Youth groups are not allowed, ensuring a tranquil and pleasant environment for all guests. Whether you?re enjoying time in the spacious living areas or taking in the surroundings from the terrace, this apartment offers a truly exceptional stay in a prime location. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
