Enjoy the breathtaking view of Begtrup Vig and Aarhus from the first floor of the house. Explore the nature trails of Mols Bjerge and visit the Fuglsø Center. Take a dip at the bathing jetty just 2 km from the house The main house offers a first-floor living room with kitchen, where you can gather for meals while enjoying the view. On the ground floor, you will find two large, cool bedrooms and a conservatory. The separate annex with a loft, private bathroom, and kitchenette provides extra space and privacy. The garden consists of a large lawn with its own lake, where you can observe the rich wildlife, including salamanders. The large orangery and the many terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors sheltered from the wind. In the area around the house, you will find peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Explore the Mols Mountains, visit the Karpenhøj nature center, or take a refreshing dip at the nearby bathing jetty. The area is ideal for hiking in the beautiful countryside with open fields right outside the door. Meet Erik and Kirsten We fell in love with this place in 2012 and have since transformed it from an old country house into a modern summer house. In 2014, the main house underwent extensive renovation, and we have continuously improved the facilities. Our favorite spot is the first floor, where the view of the water down to Helgenæs is absolutely fantastic, as well as the "breakfast terrace" in front of the annex, where you can enjoy the view of the lake with water lilies and a variety of bird life.
