Exclusive, newly built summer house in Svaneke close to cliffs, natural forest and sea. The house is 110 m2 divided into an entrance hall, kitchen/dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as two large terraces on both sides of the house, one of which has a barbecue and dining area, hammock and sunbeds. From the house, you can follow the path to what we believe is Bornholm's most beautiful coastline, and here you can swim from the rocks at the bathing resort Hammerslet. Remember the coffee! :-) The home is light and spacious with two beautiful terraces on each side of the house. Nicely equipped kitchen and family room with dining area for 6 people, living room with cozy sofa and smart TV, 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower, in one also washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition, 3 good bedrooms. Ventilation system with fridge, as well as underfloor heating in all rooms with individual control. Wi-fi 6 wireless network. The rent includes electricity, wi-fi, water and heating. Duvets and pillows are included, but bed linen, towels, tea towels, dish cloths etc. must be brought. Pets are not allowed
The house is located in Svaneke town, Denmark's most beautiful market town, only 750 meters from Svaneke Square and 850 meters from Svaneke Harbour. Svaneke is located on Bornholm's eastern coast. The town is incredibly charming, with a harbour, beach and commerce centered on the town square. Svaneke is particularly known for its characteristic colorful half-timbered houses, beautiful gardens and small cozy streets. If you are into good food and gourmet, you can enjoy the city's good restaurants, chocolatier, caramel factory, licorice shop, bolche cookery and ice cream dairies. There is a private parking lot for the house, and there is free street parking in the town of Svaneke. It is easy to reach everything on foot in Svaneke. The house is 700 meters from Svaneke Torv, and from here everything is within walking distance. Bicycles can be rented from Boss Cykler in Nexø. Bus no. 4 has a stop right outside the home.
