Boligdelen består af entre, stort køkken med komfur, køleskab og opvaskemaskine. Vaskemaskine. Stort badeværelse med toilet, brusebad og håndvask. Ekstra toilet og mindre stue og 2 soveværelser med 4 sengepladser.
Dette unikke overnatningssted har rummelig have og solrig lukket gård så du rigtig kan slappe af. Beliggende tæt på kroen hvor man spiser rigtig godt. Lige overfor Reersø Bryghus der serverer hjemmebrygget øl og tapas, og Claras kaffebod hvor man kan købe is og kaffe. Der er 800 m til havnen hvor der er fiskeudsalg.
1000m til dejlig børnevenlig sandstrand . Helt tæt på naturen, som byder på dejlige gå og cykelture.
