Apartment oin Bagenkop port with an incredible view of the water and the beautiful coastline. There are also views of a part of the port and not least of one of the best beaches in Denmark where the flat sandy beach and the small dunes are dominant. The apartment is located in one of the great characteristic "Skagen houses" approx. 10 m from a beautiful child-safe beach. Enjoy the view of the ocean from the large terrace and feel the unique atmosphere of the area and the quaint little fishing village. The apartment is located on both the first and 2 floor and is furnished with modern quality furniture. 1st floor has a combined living/dining room and modern kitchen, large bathroom with 2-person whirlpool and sauna for 4 people. The living room features a flat-screen TV with both Danish and German channels and a stereo with CD player. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with TV and DVD player. From all rooms there is a nice view of the area.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
