The 1 BR apartment has been completely renovated with modern fixtures, furniture, and appliances. The apartment sits on the fifth floor and the balcony overlooks the Avenida Boyacá. The apartment is super centric and walking distance to various popular sites in Guayaquil's centro including La Bahia, Ave. 9 de Octubre, Cerro Santa Ana, Barrio Las Peñas and Malecon 2000.

I currently live in the United States. The administrator, Paola, could provide a City Tour (day or night) of Guayaquil so you can get a better feel of the city. She can also provide a culinary tour of the city so you can try coastal Ecuadorian food. Lastly, as a native Guayaquileña, she can take you to various different locations, outside of the tourist zones, so you can experience an authentic and genuine stay within Guayaquil. She speaks English and Spanish. We reserve the right to request a deposit for reservations (a percentage of the total reservation price) because of Booking's inadequate cancelation policy.

The neighborhood is Guayaquil's Centro, conveniently located 7-10 minute eastward walk to Malecon 2000; 10-15 minute northward walk to the artsy and lively Las Peñas area. Other areas that are within a 15 minute walk: Parque Centenario; Registro Civil; Federación Deportivo de Guayas; and Parque Seminario. Very close to clothing stores and supermarkets. Walking is your best option if you're looking to explore the centro. Otherwise, the buses are readily accessible as well as taxis which constantly pass by the intersecting street, Avenida Boyacá.
