Behind CasaNest Apartments is a dedicated team who both own and manage the building. We take care of all 48 studio apartments as if they were our own home – with heart and attention to detail. Our office is located right in the same building, which means we are always nearby, keeping an eye on the property every day and easily available to our guests and tenants. Our goal is to provide a cosy and secure temporary home for people staying in Tallinn and to make every guest’s experience as comfortable and smooth as possible.

CasaNest Apartments is a modern, fully renovated building (completed in 2022) offering 48 stylish and comfortable studio apartments. Perfect for business travelers, professionals on short-term projects or anyone needing a temporary home in Tallinn, our studios are ideal for stays from two weeks up to three months. Each studio is fully furnished and features a well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and essential kitchenware. The private bathroom includes a washing machine and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Most studios have a 90 x 200 cm bed, making them ideal for single occupancy. Parking is available in the courtyard; please inform us in advance if you require a parking space. Sikupilli is a heritage-rich and green district located close to Tallinn city centre. The area is dominated by 2–3 storey buildings, creating a homely and peaceful atmosphere. The district has excellent tram connections to the city centre. Ülemiste City, T1 Mall, Ülemiste Centre, and Kadriorg Park are all within walking distance.
