Whether you're looking to relax by the water, enjoy nearby attractions, or explore the vibrant dining and leisure spots around Marassi, everything is within easy reach. *Other things to note* To access Marassi tenant application, there is a separate fee of EGP 7,900 paid directly to Marassi. this application grants unrestricted access to both Marassi main gate and Blanca cluster gate. It also includes 4 QR codes for the North beach. However, beach is closed during weekends and official holidays.
