Property information

Cas Xeremier is one of the finest and most stylish houses of Alcudia. Ideally located in the sought after historical town, with a wide array of facilities virtually at your doorstep, Cas Xeremier has been designed to impress. Inside, the house has a stunning lounge with exposed stone walls and high beamed ceilings (loft style). On the lower level there is a comfortable sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, a laundry/WC and dining area. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine-style upper floor featuring a stylish double bedroom (separated by a glass wall) with its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a further sitting area overlooking the beautiful lounge. At the back of the house there is also an external courtyard with dining table and chairs, giving access via a spiral staircase to a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. For additional comfort, the house is air-conditioned (included in the rental rate and at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am). We will send you a link from our bank where you will be able to pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory.

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines

En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y de 75 € fuera del horario de oficina. Las llaves nuevas deberán ser recogidas por el huésped en nuestra oficina.
