This is a unique and tastefully decorated apartment with original works of art. With sea views, it is fully equipped for the comfort of guests. In the same building you can enjoy a large swimming pool for adults and another for children for the summer months (approximately June 10 to September 15) The building also has two grocery stores and two restaurants, a public medical center, 24-hour concierge service, a secure private parking and a bike rental shop that offers luggage lockers service . In front of the apartment is the promenade, which is surrounded by quiet restaurants with terraces and where you can practice all types of sports, including taking surfing lessons. A few minutes away there are other services such as a pharmacy, supermarkets, gas station, etc. Located in a residential neighborhood, the apartment is a few steps from the sea (Patacona Beach) and 5 km from the city of Valencia. It has direct public transport service to the city center and the Joaquín Sorolla high-speed train station with constant connections to Madrid and the rest of Spain.
Hello, I am a painter and for years I have found inspiration in this beautiful apartment in front of the Mediterranean Sea. Now I hope you enjoy my house and La Patacona beach as much as I have. I live next door so I will be attentive to any needs.
Patacona Beach is located just 100 meters from the apartment. It is a very quiet, residential neighborhood, with a multitude of services such as a surf school, restaurants, cafes, gyms, Pilates center, health center, City Hall office, pharmacy, etc...
