El apartamento se encuentra a cinco munutos andando del centro de lucena, ademas esta rodeado de bares, restaurantes, cafeterias, supermercados, farmacia, etc. el apartamento cuenta con todos los electrodomesticos, frigorifico, horno, microondas, menaje, mantas, sabanas, toallas, productos de aseo, etc.
