The holiday apartment "Mejor Zona De Gandia" is situated in Gandía and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The accommodation was renovated in the year 2024 and is preferably intended for families. Groups of young people are not allowed. The 68 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 8 people. Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), mosquito nets in the bedrooms, a TV, four fans (in the living room and bedrooms), a washing machine and a dishwasher. The highlight of this apartment is its private covered terrace. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from 10 am to 10 pm, June to September 30) and an outdoor shower. A parking space is available on the property.
