The property is located near the Palau de Congressos and 450 meters (6 minutes) of walking to Benifferi subway station. Walking distance by historical city centre El Carmen.The apartment has 3 bedrooms with a large living room and one bathroom and one kitchen well equipped.
It has AC, heating, high speed internet and Netflix and Prime Video on it's smart TV.
The location has a lots of shops, bars and pharmacies.Grocery store(Mercadona) is in the same building.
There is a free 24/7 parking nearby called Parking de Tierra(please check the attached pictures).
