Apartment building with several one-bedroom units, all with elevator access, located 50 meters from the beach in Torremolinos, right in the heart of La Carihuela. Second line from the sea. Fully equipped for a pleasant stay. One unit has a terrace, and the rest have two balconies, three of which offer sea views. (See accommodation photos.) City views are also available. Some apartments have a double bed, and others have two single beds (90 cm). (Please check the features of each apartment when choosing.) 8.3 km from Malaga Airport by train. 30-40 minutes from Malaga city center by train. Benalmádena Marina is 3.3 km away. Plaza de España is 8.9 km away. More than 300 days of sunshine per year. Free Wi-Fi Safe Air conditioning (hot/cold) Smart TV The apartment has a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need. One bedroom for two people with a wardrobe, and a full bathroom with shower. Two balconies (or a terrace, depending on the apartment). They have air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a safe (in some apartments).

Neighbourhood information

This is an old fishing neighborhood located southwest of the municipality of Torremolinos, along La Carihuela beach. Formerly, the La Carihuela neighborhood consisted of a row of small, single-story houses and shacks, some of which still remain on Los Perros Street. Points of interest in the neighborhood include the seafront promenade and the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. For decades, Torremolinos has been a favorite destination for many Spaniards and foreigners to live. And the town offers many attractions. Sunlight practically all year round, mild temperatures even in winter, and little rain. You will find friendly and welcoming people who add to the town's special charm. A peaceful place without excessive noise or long distances. Its transport links, appearance, and services are on par with those of the capital. Delicious fresh fish from its beaches, vegetables, and fruit… all presented in mouthwatering dishes at the area's typical restaurants and beach bars. Fresh salads, grilled sardines, fried fish, and the finest seafood… A dream for food lovers. There are hundreds of things to do. It boasts a beach every day of the year, festivals, and cultural events such as Holy Week celebrations, the Night of San Juan, and Carnival, among many others, including music festivals, concerts, and a vibrant nightlife with all kinds of clubs and bars. It's just about 30 minutes from Málaga city.
