Property information

We would like to welcome you to this beautiful, quiet, renovated apartment with sea views in Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria. The apartment is in a gated complex in the sunniest part of our island. The community has a heated pool, outside shower, lot of sunbeds and a chill room with TV. The apartment has one bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and air-conditioner and a living room with a sofa bed. Smart TV, fast internet and safebox is also available for the guests. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave, water heater and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. We are providing towels, hand towels, beach towels. There is an outside dining space and a comfortable terrace and garden with breathtaking sea views. There is free parking on the street. The closest shopping center with lot of restaurants and supermarket is 10 minutes walk down on the hill, the marina also. We recommend you to rent a car to explore the island easily and enjoy Puerto Rico.
