This cozy 1-bedroom apartment of 47 m2 offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, located on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator. The open-plan living area and kitchen create a spacious, welcoming environment, with a bar and two high chairs for casual dining or drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, ceramic hob, and all essential cookware. For added convenience, there's also a washing machine in the apartment.The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a bedside table, and a wardrobe, while the en-suite bathroom features a shower. Step outside to your private balcony, where you can enjoy the coastal breeze on the sofa, two chairs, and a table provided. Air conditioning and fast WiFi are available throughout the apartment, ensuring a comfortable stay. Note: Parking is not included with the apartment. However, a private garage, Parking Plaza Andrés López, is available just a 3-minute walk away. Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the exterior and interior door. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
