This is a first floor, 2 bedroom, self catering apartment, with its own garden and driveway, with use of a large communal pool. The garden has a gate with wrought iron railings and established hedges round, so you can choose a sunny or shady spot to sit out in. Garden table and chairs are provided. Up the stairs to the bright enclosed balcony, with sliding windows, a table and 2 chairs. A real suntrap in the morning! Enter into the open plan lounge, kitchen, breakfast bar seating area. The lounge area has a 3 seater and a 2 seater leather, recliner sofas. There are 2 traditional wooden cabinets and 2 coffee tables. The TV is connected to the wifi for viewing (wifi code and instructions are provided on how to use the tv). (Please note, 48 hours notice is needed for the wifi) There is plenty of light and the windows can be hooked open to let the sea breeze in, with roll down shutters at every window, to shut out the sun during hot periods. There is a lovely, wooden topped breakfast bar with 4 wooden stools. In the kitchen, there is an oven, 2 hob stove, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster and under counter fridge (with small freezer section). All utensils, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc are provided. There is a small utility room with the washing machine, ironing board etc in. Off the lounge is the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The newly fitted bathroom has sink, toilet and walk-in shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, double wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside tables either side. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, a single wardrobe, set of drawers and 1 bedside table between the 2 beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. All bedding and towels are provided, with spare bedding, towels and blankets in the wardrobes. We provide all guests with our contact details, so we can be contacted if needed.
