The apartment is very private and situated on a very pretty hillside with stunning views to the sea.The area is very private and peaceful but within easy distance to the beautiful beaches of Oliva, Gandia, Denia etc and the supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car. There are two exclusive terraces for the use of the guests - the upper one is furnished with sun loungers and a dining table and chairs for al fresco eating. The private pool is situated on the lower terrace with beautiful views of Oliva and the sea and also equipped with sun loungers. The apartment is totally independent and can sleep 5 guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer, cooker with hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine and all necessary crockery, glasses, cutlery and cookware. There is high speed internet access and a large television in the lounge area of the apartment. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and all towels are provided. The bedroom has twin beds and there is a double sofa bed with an additional single bed. All bed linen is provided. On the lower terrace there is a room containing the washing machine - only for the use of our guests- plus drying facilities.

I'm a very friendly English woman and have lived in Spain for the last 11 years. I love the relaxed way of life here and the food is amazing! Lots of wonderful dishes to try and everything is so fresh. I enjoy meeting new people and I like to make sure my guests have everything they need without intruding into their holiday. My Spanish has improved over the years - it will never be perfect but I can understand and speak enough to have a reasonable conversation! I have two dogs and a cat but they have their own space and will leave the guests in peace. I like to walk them in the mountains where I live and also by the sea. I also love tennis and love to watch it when I have the time. Spain is a beautiful country to explore and the Costa Blanca is really lovely.

The area has lots of stunning scenery from the wonderful mountain ranges to the many beautiful beaches. It's very easy to take a trip to Valencia which is a truly charming city full of elegant buildings, beautiful churches and museums and of course the fantastic L'Oceanografic. Both Valencia and Alicante airports are about 1 hour away and it is easy to reach the apartment by road. A car is essential for easy movement around the area but Valencia can easily be reached by train from Gandia if you want a day off from driving. There are lots of water sports available in the area, also horse riding. There is a large Amusement Park near Benidorm which is about 1 hour away.
