This This wonderful apartment is located in Fuengirola, just 400 meters from the beach, and is ideal for 4+1 guests, featuring a shared pool. Located in the prestigious Seaviews Reserve residential complex, this apartment offers top-level facilities in a modern and exclusive setting. The community boasts a large chlorine pool (15x4m) with a depth ranging from 1m to 2.20m. Additionally, there is an elegant garden area with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. For those who love wellness, the complex provides a fully equipped gym, sauna, and Turkish bath, ensuring a unique experience of comfort and relaxation. The flat is located on the ground floor of the building and has an elevated position to enjoy the sea views. Outside, the private veranda is perfect for relaxing and enjoying with your companions. The interior is open and functional, with an integrated space combining the kitchen and living room that is equipped with Smart TV and centralised air conditioning. The sofa is also a sofa-bed where one of the guests can rest. The kitchen is induction and has everything you need to prepare your favourite recipes. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an elegant en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds. In addition, there is a second bathroom with shower at the entrance. For extra comfort if you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair. The pool is available from June 15th to October 15th, from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM every day.
