We would like to welcome you to our family finca, la Finca Alegra! Our off-grid property in the hills above L'Aldea is the perfect place for a calm and rustic getaway. There is plenty to explore nearby as well, as the finca lies in the centre of an area known as the golden triangle, near the Natural Park of Delta del Ebre, the Els Ports National park, and the historic town of Tortosa. This private apartment is a 20 square metre space with a large terrace, en-suite bathroom, queen size bed, and desk. Bed linen, towels, fan, heater, WiFi, streaming TV are at your disposal. During the summer, you'll share our fully equiped outdoor kitchen and swimming pool with two glamping tents located on other parts of the property.

We are a vegetarian family of 5: my wife (Argentinian) and I (Dutch), our precious cat, our 4 year old daughter and her grandmother. We live in a coastal country house in the south of Cataluña, near the river Ebro. We are a well traveled couple and after decades of nomadic life, we decided to settle here in peace and sunshine to raise our little girl, in the abundance of nature. Our finca is a 2 hectare plot of land full of olive, almond, pine and carob trees. with views to the surrounding mountains and the Ebro delta. We like being in nature, sailing, swimming and are easy going, friendly and in love with life!

Come and relax, connect with nature and enjoy the sounds of the campo in the peaceful hills of southern Catalunia. A secluded place in between the olive trees and pine forests, where songbirds, squirrels and rabbits are your closest neighbours. Whether you want to dangle in a hammock from an olive tree, read a good book or explore the surrounding hills with its hermitages on foot or by bicycle, there is plenty of choice to fit your mood. With the Mediterranean Sea, the river Ebro and the Els Ports mountains with its natural swimming pools and waterfalls around the corner! We are 5 km from the L'Aldea -Amposta -Tortosa train station, so you will need a taxi or car to get here, from there or from downtown Tortosa.
