Bliss La Mata house located in the town of Torrevieja is a charming place with a private garden and Spanish exotic vegetation. It is located within close proximity- 500 m from the clean, sandy beach - Playa de Torrelamata on the Costa Blanca coast, in the province of Alicante. The cottage is prepared for a maximum of 6 people and equipped with all appliances that ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. A beautiful terrace and new garden furniture allow you to spend most of your time outside. Upon entering the private garden from the street, we pass through a large, plant-adorned terrace with garden furniture and an awning. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a dining area and a seating area (with a pull-out sofa), an elegant and modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, pots, dishes, glasses, and cutlery, as well as a toilet with a washing machine. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one of which has access to a balcony where you can spend a nice evening or soak up the sun. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both rooms have spacious wardrobes. There is also a bathroom with a shower upstairs.

Our house is just a 7-minute walk from the beautiful, sandy beach. Bike paths and hiking trails lead to the beach through the Parque del Molino de Agua Landscape Park, where you can find rich fauna and flora, an old water mill, and numerous fountains. Importantly, during the summer season, when the sun is scorching, you can walk in the pleasant shade of pine trees and with the company of birdsong and agile squirrels. This park is part of a system that includes other nearby parks: Parque Natural de las Lagunas de La Mata and Laguna Rosa. Our house is located in the Parque Mar III estate, where our guests have access to a complex of beautiful pools open during the summer season - from June to September. A great alternative is the large Aquapolis Torrevieja water park, just a 5-minute drive away. There are also numerous restaurants and bars nearby where everyone can find their favorite cuisine. Within a 3 km radius, there are shopping centers such as Habaneras, and every Wednesday there is a street market nearby where you can buy regional delicacies, vegetables, fruits, olives, and many other things.
