Enjoy the privileged location of this modern holiday home, just a few steps from Playa Chica, in the heart of El Médano. It has a small private terrace with side sea views, two bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, a spacious and bright living room, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all the appliances you may need during your stay and a comfortable dining area, as well as an interior patio. This accommodation is characterised by modern and linear finishes, like the recently constructed building (2021). The supermarket is located on the ground floor of the building, just below the apartment!!!! As usual, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels and their changes, beach towels, ironing kit and hairdryer are included. We would like to advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment such as bicycles, equipment for kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing or other within this holiday home. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
