In Sant Joan de Labritja the 200 m² Villa Can Joan Durban impresses its guests with both its traditional and modern design. Thanks to the ideal location, it is particularly suitable for families with children and offers an amazing view of Santa Eulalia. The split-level holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms (all of them with shower; one en-suite, the other outdoors). The villa can, therefore, accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, an alarm system, and satellite TV. This property has completely renovated the kitchen, achieving a much more modern design with an Ibiza style. The new design features a spectacular central island, new appliances and new sliding door with direct access to the terrace and pool area. Photos will be updated at the end of April. Outside you will find a balcony, a garden, a covered terrace with a dining area, a barbecue area with a table and chairs, as well as a pool. Relax on one of the sun loungers, refresh yourself in the cool water of the pool and enjoy the tranquillity of the idyllic surroundings and the scent of the citrus orchard. A supermarket is 650 m away and a restaurant is only a 5-minute walk (450 m) from the accommodation. The fantastic beach Playa de Santa Eulalia is only 5.5 km away. The accommodation is also close to some famous restaurants on the island like Es Caliu, Ses Escoles, Nagai or Bambuddha. Parking is available on the property. You will need a car to reach the house and explore the island. Please note that parties or events are strictly not allowed as well as music after 12 pm in accordance with the municipal ordinance.
