During my childhood, in this house, I devoted countless hours to my greatest passions: cooking, painting, and writing. Three decades later, I opened my restaurant here and created my painting studio. Within these walls, I brought together stoves and brushes, blending the dining room with an art gallery. The house and I are of a similar age, and now, as we both enter a more autumnal season of life, we continue moving forward together, following in the footsteps of my parents, who were wonderful hosts. Although this is a paid profession for me, I like to think that those who stay here feel like the guests of my mother and father once did: comfortable, relaxed, and captivated by the delicious food that has always been prepared in this house. For this reason, and at no extra cost, I offer my guests artisanal, organic, freshly prepared breakfasts, the perfect way to crown their stay in this home.

Carmen Guillemot accommodation enjoys a strategic location, just 2 km from the N-340 and 4.5 km from exit 43 of the AP-7, making it an ideal place both for a restful night during a long journey and as a base from which to explore the many points of interest in the area. This is a special and charming place to stay, where every corner holds a story that the host is happy to share with guests who wish to learn more about the house and its past. A space defined by silence and calm. Spacious and comfortable, although without a lift, it features windows in all bedrooms and in their respective private bathrooms. Fragrant bed linen, wide beds, and welcoming mattresses invite rest and a deep sense of well-being.
