Beautiful Andalusian house with garage in the best location in Marbella: just five minutes walking to the lively Old Town streets full of restaurants and shops and ten minutes to the beach, but in a peaceful and charming neighborhood full of Andalusian atmosphere. It has a garage, 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets (2 with shower), a bright wide living room and a magnificent terrace with open views. Decorated with taste and with all the amenities you need, it is perfect for families or a group of friends. The house can be accessed through the main door or through the garage, which opens with a remote control. The parking space fits a small or medium size car: segments A, B and C (not fit for vans or large cars) It has 3 bedrooms: two of them have double beds (160cms. and 150cms.) and the third one has 2 single beds (90cms. each) There is a spacious and bright living room with two sofa areas. The first one is under a cozy bay window with plenty of light. The second area has a L shape sofa to watch TV. Forward, you will find the dining area with a long table that sits 8 persons. The kitchen is equipped with an American two doors fridge, gas stove, washing machine, dish washer machine and sink. It also has a microwave, a boiler, a Nesspreso coffee machine, a toaster and cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans. Upstairs there is a gorgeous terrace with two pergolas, a dinning area, sun lounges and a covered area with a sofa and armchairs. The dining table sits eight persons, and the roof of the pergola can be opened or closed depending on the amount of sun or air you want to allow. The views from this terrace are very nice, you can see other terraces in the old town and, between buildings, you can even spot the sea. It is a wonderful experience to spend your evenings here with the gentle breeze of the Mediterranean sea.
We are a couple with three kids that enjoy traveling and always stay in private owned apartments or houses, that is why we offer the same care and hospitality that we seek in our trips. We are always available and willing to help, and really enjoy interacting with our guests.
Walking around the City Center is a nice experience. From the moment you step out of the house you will find lively streets with shops, restaurants, gardens and historical landmarks. The beach is just ten minutes walking away and there are many playgrounds and sports facilities. Marbella is also the prefect location for doing short car trips. There are plenty of beautiful places to visit within less that an hour drive. Villages like Ronda, Setenil de las Bodegas, Tarifa, Castellar de la Frontera, Jimena de la Frontera, Casares, Gaucín, Júzcar, Mijas Pueblo, Ardales, Álora and Benajavís lie within an easy drive distance. WE POLITELY REMIND OUR GUESTS THAT PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AND THAT THEY SHOULD RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS. THE QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 11PM TO 9AM AND THIS RULE MUST BE OBEYED SPECIALLY IN THE TERRACE. NO MUSIC, NOISE OR LOUD VOICES SHOULD BE HEARD AT ALL. DUE TO THE MISBEHAVIOUR OF SOME GUESTS OUR NEIGHBOURS HAVE COMPLAINED MANY TIMES AND THE POLICE HAVE ALREADY INFORMED US THAT IF THIS PROBLEM PERSIST WE WILL LOSE OUR LICENSE. AS A CONSEQUENCE, IF ANY OF OUR NEIGHBOURS COMPLAIN ABOUT THE NOISE OUR STAFF WILL HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO ENTER THE PREMISES AND LOCK THE TERRACE DOOR FOR THE REMAINING OF THE STAY. QUEREMOS RECORDAR RESPETUOSAMENTE A NUESTROS HUÉSPEDES QUE LAS FIESTAS NO ESTÁN PERMITIDAS Y QUE ESTA ES UNA ZONA RESIDENCIAL Y SE DEBE RESPETAR A LOS VECINOS. LAS HORAS DE SILENCIO SON DE 11PM A 9AM Y DEBEN SER CUMPLIDAS, SOBRETODO EN LA TERRAZA. NO DEBE OÍRSE MÚSICA, RUIDO NI VOCES ALTAS. DEBIDO A LA POCA CONSIRERACIÓN DE ALGUNOS HUÉSPEDES NUESTROS VECINOS SE HAN QUEJADO REITERADAMENTE Y LA POLICÍA NOS HA INFORMADO DE QUE SI EL PROBLEMA PERSISTE NUESTRA LICENCIA TURÍSTICA SERÁ REVOCADA. EN CONSECUENCIA, SI ALGÚN VECINO SE QUEJA DEL RUIDO NUESTRO PERSONAL PROCEDERÁ A ENTRAR EN LA CASA Y CERRAR LA TERRAZA PARA EL RESTO DE LA ESTADÍA.
