Welcome to 'Casa de la Suerte' - a spacious and modern 2 bed terraced house built in beautiful location and with 360° stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Located on the top of a hill above Almuñécar. Built on 3 levels there is easy access front and back. The double bedroom is situated on the ground floor which leads out to a private and secluded walled patio garden at the back of the property. Next to the double bedroom is a family bathroom with 2 washbasins and bath/shower plus sliding door access to a toilet and bidet. A few stairs up to the next level is a twin bedroom with comunal garden view and is located next to the the front entrance. Moving upstairs to the first floor there is a spacious and open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen on 2 levels. This area has access to front and rear balconies with breathtaking views overlooking the comunal gardens/square, mountains and sea! From the main balcony there is a spiral staircase that leads up to a spacious roof sun terrace. You can also view 1 of two comunal swimming pools located here (open all year) which is just a stones throw from the house and can be easily accessed from the back gate. Next to the kitchen there is also separate wc and laundry room with washing machine. There is also a private underground parking space incuded or free street parking nearby. Please note - the property has 3 levels with many flights of stairs therefore it is not recommended to those with mobility issues or young children. It also is has fantastic views because it is located on top on a hill, therefore is not ideal for those wanting to walk to the beach or town center as although the walk downhill is approx 15/20mins the return journey is much more and is not for the faint hearted!!

Casa de la Suerte very easily accessible from Malaga (60mins), Granada (50mins) and Almeria (90mins) airports and is located in Urbanizacion Las Fuentes de Almuñécar which well looked after with friendly staff and very safe with 24 hour surveillance. The way in which the property is situated it is possible to have sun or shade all day, with lots of private outdoor areas. It is perfect for those wanting to relax and take it easy with access to plenty of private space. It's also a great base to explore the surrounding areas including Nerja, Granada, Almeria and Malaga. It is also just an hours drive from La Sierra Nevada with skiing in the Winter and hiking in the Summer. Although the location is out of town you can reach the shops, restaurants and beaches within just 6 mins by car. Please note - we highly recommend having a car as the property is located on top of a steep hill.
