GITE LES AVIES 3* This house built in 1900 is renovated preserving the Mediterranean style. Rustic design with stone walls, clay and hydraulic floors typical of the most traditional ceramics. The town is very quiet, you will only hear the singing of the birds and the bells of the Church. Of course, from August 14 to 18 every year the festivals of La Nucía are celebrated, declared Festivals of Local Tourist Interest. Those days you will find a lot of animation. It has 3 very comfortable bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 single bed). And there is a free covered parking 4 min. The house is located 8 minutes from the beaches of Altea and El Albir.
After many years traveling through Spain and abroad, we have taken the step of offering our own 3-star rural house "Les Avies" thinking about the details that we believe can make your stay more pleasant. We really like meeting different people and customs. We love art, poetry, music and nature. And we love that you know and enjoy this house.
La Nucía today is a very quiet town of white houses, located in a privileged space between the sea and the mountains of Alicante, which is animated every Sunday by the Rastro, a point of attraction for lovers of antiques and bargains. There are many possibilities that the town offers visitors, from strolling through the old town to visiting its hermitages or venturing into the Red de Senderos del Captivador. Walking through the center of town you can see the Iglesia de la Concepción, the Lavadero, the Auditorio del Mediterráneo and the SEU Universitaria. You can also enjoy views of Polop and the sea. On Sundays there is the Rastro from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. And if you like sports, visit the Camilo Cano Sports City and its Olympic Stadium, multi-adventure circuits in Forestal Park, Red BTT and Senderos
