At the same building we have different options for our guests. First option is 3 rooms apartment at the ground level of the building on a pedestrian street for friends and families. When you take the stairs you reach a nice room with a private bathroom in the patio of the house which is great for single travelers. Also, there is a studio for couples with a direct entry to the terrace. You cannot get in front of the house by car from Calle Caro Sanchez. You have to climb the stairs to the entrance. The house has an entrance from a street at the back of the house. Therefore you can easily enter to the studio by car and drop your suitcases and go to Calle Eucaliptos for parking. Also possible to find a parking space at Cale Santa Gema. All are fully equipped and recently renovated. We live in the same building. In any need we will be happy to help you. Please note that we and the guest staying at the studio or room share the patio and the terrace. The entrance to the room has stairs to climb, although it is a good exercise. If you have a knee or back problem, you may have difficulty, please call to get more information. There is a barbecue at the terrace of the apartment down below and another barbecue on the terrace and a small coffee table on the patio. We give you privacy. If you want to come with a pet, we recommend that you contact us before your reservation.
Moved to Malaga from Istanbul 7 years ago. Have a son who is studying in Belgium. Love practicing yoga. Also, I like reading and swimming. Meeting with new people is the best part of being a host. We are proud of getting a 9.4 guest review award continuously since we started accepting guests in 2018. Also very happy to receive calls and reservation from the previous guests that stayed with us before. Will be happy to meet and host you in any of the options you choose above.
It's a lovely neighborhood with nice people. It is 15-20 min. walk to Pedregalejo beach where there are many bars and restaurants. The center of the city of Malaga is 20 min. by bus. The airport is 21 km away. There is a bus stop 3 minutes from home. Every 30 minutes there is a bus that goes to the center during the week. Weekends a bit less. There is a night bus from the center, number N1 that comes to the main road below which is 1.3 km to the house that you can walk. You can park on the street for free.
