The lower level offers a bright, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and ceramic hob. A cozy living room with sofa and TV (with international channels) leads directly to a covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. The layout provides privacy and independence for all guests. The master suite is located upstairs (accessed via stairs) and features a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, large wardrobes, and access to a spacious solarium terrace with loungers and breathtaking sea views.
